How a RunRaise fun run works
Four steps from planning to event day.
1. Plan the fundraiser with RunRaise
We help you set a goal, build a timeline and get your fundraiser configured on the platform before anything goes out to families.
2. Launch giving pages and share the designs
Every student gets their own fundraising page. We supply the marketing designs (flyers, slides, social graphics) as digital files your PTA prints or posts.
3. Families invite donations
Students and families share a personal link. Friends and relatives donate online from anywhere, and the donation lands against that student's page.
4. Your PTA runs the event
On event day your PTA brings the fun run to life while organizers watch participant and class progress update in the platform.
Marketing designs are digital design files your PTA can print or share. Printing, physical prize delivery and on-site event equipment are part of our local hands-on services, not the nationwide offer.

Your school's cost is a flat $7 per student for the fundraiser, set by your total student count. It does not change with how much you raise, and RunRaise charges the school nothing else. Donations come to your fundraiser in full; the RunRaise fee and payment processing are charged separately to donors at checkout.

Pricing is based on your school or group's total student count, not just the students who collect donations. A 500-student school is 500 students, which is $3,500 for the fundraiser.

Beyond the per-student package price, your school pays RunRaise nothing else. At checkout, donors are charged a 2.1% RunRaise fee plus payment processing on top of the amount they choose to give. Those charges are added to the donor's payment, not taken out of the donation credited to your fundraiser.
Local hands-on packages
For schools in our service area, our own team can take on the physical side of the event: providing and delivering prizes, printing materials, and running the event on site. These rates apply to that local offer only.
Hands-on services are delivered by our own team and are currently limited to our Washington service area. Exact boundaries vary by event date, so ask us about your school.

How this is billed: Every member of the group counts as a participant, whether or not they raise money. A 500-student school is $2,500 for the base package or $4,000 for the all-inclusive bundle.

Our hands-on services, where our team delivers physical prizes, prints materials and staffs the event on site, are delivered by our own crew and are currently limited to our Washington state service area. If you are nearby, ask us whether your school is in range.
Yes. Each participant gets a personal fundraising page with their own link to share. Donations made through that link are credited to that student and roll up into class and school totals that organizers can track in the platform.
