At RunRaise, we love helping school communities come together around a goal. This fall, the Lacey Elementary School PTA in Lacey, Washington is teaming up with RunRaise for a full-service Fall Fun Run, and we couldn't be more excited to be part of it.

About Lacey Elementary School

Lacey Elementary, home of the Husky Pups, is part of North Thurston Public Schools in Lacey, Washington. Built in 1968 and affectionately known around town as the "round school," it carries the name of O.C. Lacey, the turn-of-the-century attorney and realtor the city itself is named for. Generations of Lacey families have walked through its doors.

About the Lacey Elementary School PTA

The Lacey Elementary School PTA is an independent, parent-led nonprofit and a unit of the Washington State PTA. The PTA brings families and staff together to support students, and this Fall Fun Run is the PTA's next big step in rallying the Husky Pup community.

The 2026–27 Fall Fun Run

The campaign launches on Monday, October 19, 2026, giving families nearly four weeks to rally behind their students. It all builds to an all-school Fun Run on Friday, November 13, where every grade level will get moving in a celebration of health, community, and school spirit.

The PTA chose RunRaise's All-Inclusive Bundle to keep the volunteer load light, so parents can focus on cheering students on while we handle the details.

Collaborative Strategy and Planning

We're working directly with Lacey Elementary School PTA to build a clear plan and timeline, so everyone knows the goals and the schedule from day one.

Setting and Driving Goals

We'll set school-wide, classroom, and individual fundraising goals to spark excitement and friendly competition while giving every student a role in the success.

Prize Drops

Our team provides and manages all of the prizes, then packages and delivers weekly prize drops to the school, keeping energy high and making it simple for teachers.

Parent Communication

Families will receive weekly milestone emails with progress updates, fundraising tips, and clear calls to action, so everyone stays informed and involved.

Branded Materials

We're designing a custom banner with a QR code, take-home flyers, and classroom thermometers so the campaign stays visible at school and at home.

Teacher Support

Teachers will get a branded assembly and classroom slide deck explaining the Fun Run, the purpose behind the fundraiser, and safe ways to ask for donations.

Individual Fundraising Pages

Every student will receive a custom fundraising link to a personal page, making it easy and secure for family and friends to give.

Day-of Event Management

On Fun Run day, RunRaise handles full setup, execution, and teardown, including the inflatable arch, banners, music, an MC, and the games and schedule for every grade.

Transparent Pricing, Maximum Impact

With simple per-participant pricing, Lacey Elementary knows exactly what their fundraising costs will be from the start, so the money raised goes directly toward supporting students.
